The River Terrace consists of an indoor room and an adjacent outdoor terrace. The indoor room is glass on three sides and leads out to the terrace, which features beautiful views of the Mississippi River . Maximum capacity for the indoor and outdoor spaces is around 400 people. Furniture included in the rental of this space consists of 10 café tables (each seat 4 people) and 40 chairs. If you require additional seating or would prefer to use rounds and different chairs, you will have to go through your caterer or an outside vendor. You are also welcome to tent the terrace, but the arrangements must be approved by Shaw Center.

Rental fees for the fourth floor River Terrace include:

| Security | $40.00 per hour per security officer (4 hour minimum) |
| Janitorial | $20.00 per hour per porter (3 hour minimum) |
| Maintenance Fee | $50 per event |
| Ceremony Fee | $150 per ceremony |
